LoudForChange is grounded by three pillars— education, advocacy, and action. These pillars are our driving force for dismantling oppressive systems, amplifying marginalized voices, and igniting real change in our communities. Through education, we arm ourselves with knowledge and critical thinking. With advocacy, we challenge power structures and demand justice. Through direct action, we disrupt the status quo and build grassroots movements for liberation. Learn more about how we are reshaping the world into one where equity, solidarity, and collective empowerment prevail.
What We Do
By Pete Railland (Justseeds)
Education
By educating their peers about systemic racism, historical contexts, and its impacts, L4C ensures that everyone understands the issues at hand and their significance. This knowledge equips students to identify and challenge racism both within their schools and in broader societal contexts.

Advocacy
Through advocacy, our students translates education into action by advocating for policy changes and systemic reforms within their schools. This includes addressing racial disparities in curriculum, disciplinary practices, and resources, thereby fostering a more equitable learning environment for all students.

Action
Taking direct action through protests, rallies, and community service projects, LoudForChange actively works to dismantle systemic racism beyond the school walls. By mobilizing our peers and collaborating with local organizations, we are able to contribute to broader societal changes aimed at promoting social and racial justice.
